VISIONARIES
Affordable Innovative Housing Solutions (AIHS) is a not for profit that develops affordable residential housing for its own portfolio, other not for profits and government agencies in the Chicago Metropolitan area.
We're committed to building people, neighborhoods and portfolios. To this end, we strive to create projects that are welcoming and are either near neighborhood amenities or are incorporated into the project's design.
BLUEPRINT
Our development approach is to:
- focus on design that speaks to modern life;
- reduce costs while adding value; and
- utilize grants to create infrastructure and projects that create a sense of community and foster economic development and security.
Our projects are:
- economically viable;
- designed to meet the objectives of local, State, Federal and Private grantors; and
- created with community input.
